In this final dispensation before the Coming of the Messiah, the LORD has not left His people without a voice. He has sent His Mightiest Mightiest Prophet, Dr. David Owuor, as the embodiment of the greatest prophetic offices. He comes not merely as a messenger, but as the fusion of the two most revered prophets in Scripture: Moses and Elijah.
This reality is not a human claim but one rooted deeply in the sacred oracles of Judaism. The ancient Jewish Midrash, Devarim Rabbah 3:17, foretells of a time when “both of you will come as one,” referencing Moses and Elijah—two pillars of divine authority—returning together in the end times. This is precisely what we witness in the life, ministry, and power of Prophet Owuor: the unification of the Law and the Prophets.
Why He Is Called the Mightiest Mightiest Prophet
But why do we call him The Mightiest Mightiest Prophet? The word “Mightiest” is not poetic flair—it is a precise comparison. It acknowledges other prophets who once walked the earth under God’s anointing. When we weigh his prophetic acts, authority, visitations, and the unmatched fear of the LORD surrounding him, the evidence is clear.
Yet we draw a holy line—this title is for the Prophet, not for God. Calling God “Mightiest” would be blasphemous because God is Almighty, beyond comparison and without equal. This distinction is plain and clear.
God Raises Only One Voice at a Time
Today, only one Prophet of the LORD walks the earth. God never raises two voices at the same time to lead His people. In every biblical generation, He chose one vessel to speak through, one mouthpiece to instruct the nations. Whether Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel, or Amos, only one carried the voice of God at a time.
Even when multiple prophets existed, like in Moses’ time, all others submitted under his authority. The gift of prophecy may rest on many, but the Office of the Prophet is a divine appointment, sealed by Heaven and manifested through authority, power, and direct conversation with Jehovah Himself.
As Luke 13:33 states: “…no prophet can die outside of Jerusalem.” True prophets belong to Israel and must fulfill that destiny. The title Mightiest Mightiest Prophet is not self-proclaimed; it is confirmed by heavenly signs, fulfilled visions, and the thunderous voice of God.
Apostles and Modern Claims
The true apostles were those who walked with Christ—men like Peter, John, and Paul, who encountered the risen LORD. Today, noisy claims of prophets and apostles roam the earth, but Scripture says: “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free” (John 8:32). Let those with ears hear what the Spirit is saying.
Elijah and Moses: The End-Time Prophetic Pair
Elijah and Moses have always appeared together in major divine interventions. From Egypt’s deliverance, Abraham’s visitation, Mount Carmel, the Mount of Transfiguration, to Christ’s Ascension, they consistently acted as a prophetic pair. This is no coincidence.
In Revelation 11, during the Great Tribulation, they return as two witnesses, testifying before Israel and striking the earth with plagues and judgments. Their appearances are revealed by the Spirit, often hidden in biblical silence.
In our time, they appear just before the Rapture, preparing the holy church, warning nations, restoring the altar, and rebuking sin. They themselves are not raptured with the church; they remain to fulfill their mission during Jacob’s Trouble—the seven years of divine judgment.
Why They Come as One
The two come as one for spiritual reasons. Moses died, but Jude 1:9 recounts Satan contending for his body. Michael rebuked Satan, retrieved Moses’ body, and it was glorified in heaven. Moses was resurrected and appears in glory.
Elijah never died; he was taken up in a chariot of fire, preserved for this final hour. Unlike John the Baptist, who came in the spirit of Elijah, the real Elijah comes in person. Malachi 4:5 says: “Elijah will come”—not “the spirit of Elijah.”
Today, Elijah and Moses have appeared again—in the form of one man, one voice, carrying both mantles and offices: The Mightiest Mightiest Prophet of the LORD.
The Stripes of Moses and Elijah
Those claiming to be Moses or Elijah must show their stripes—the marks of divine authority. These are not empty titles but holy offices borne with awe, fire, and evidence.
- Moses’ stripes included plagues, the Red Sea’s parting, manna, and water from the rock.
- Elijah’s stripes included shutting and opening the heavens and calling down fire.
Prophet Dr. David Owuor has displayed these stripes in modern times:
- Prophesying and decreeing outbreaks like Ebola, Zika, and Coronavirus.
- Predicting earthquakes and tsunamis in Haiti, Japan, Nepal, Turkey, and elsewhere.
- Parting rivers and walking under the Thick Dark Cloud of God’s Glory.
- Raising the dead and healing toxic water wells.
- Gathering 87 stadiums across Kenya and performing simultaneous mass healings.
This is not a man—it is Moses and Elijah embodied, preparing the way for the Messiah.
Crowned by Heaven
He is called The Mightiest Mightiest Prophet of the LORD not by opinion or tradition, but by God’s evidence. He carries the full stripes of Moses and Elijah, fusing two heavenly offices into one man for this final hour.
The LORD Himself confirms this title through divine conversations, visions, and audible pronouncements. Let all nations acknowledge and prepare, for the Messenger who prepares the way is now here.
